By Rail: Without doubt the best way to arrive at Arley Station is by rail, after passing through the wonderful scenery from either Kidderminster or Bridgnorth, you'll be able to arrive and explore with ease. Coming from the mainline? No problem! Kidderminster station is adjacent to the mainline station, it's less than a minute's walk!
By Bus: Service 125 serves the B4555 at Highley, planning your journey is best done using online bus timetables or apps such as Google maps. Alighting at 'Netherton Worshops' it is a 0.6 mile walk down a a steep, unlit and narrow lane from the B4555. Note there is no pavement.
On foot: You can get to Highley Station by walking along the river from Arley or Bridgnorth on that side of the river.
By Bike: Route 45 Cycleway passes close to the station. Cycles are carried free of charge on our trains (large groups of cyclists MUST make prior arrangements before travel).
By Car: Access to Highley Station and The Engine House is via a narrow lane from the B4555 at Highley. Parking at Highley Station is limited. Parking at The Engine House, which is adjacent to the station, is again limited but there are a number of parking bays for disabled badge holders. Coaches can be accommodated by prior arrangement only.
The Severn Valley Country Park has a car park in Station Road, Highley. This car park, which is 'pay & display', is approximately 200 yards from the station and the Visitor Centre.
PARKING ON STATION ROAD IS NOT PERMITTED.
